Tati Vadiletti was part of the management, administration and volunteering of the Instituto Ser Humano ISH. In 2010, he founded the production company Curta a Ideia – Luz, Cámara y Corazón, with the purpose of promoting small entrepreneurs in the new media through a humanized language and in this way giving voice to social organizations, mobilizing people and companies, in order to generate resources for different causes.
As a social entrepreneur, she gave rise to the Gerando Kindness movement, which in 2016 competed for the world award for social innovation at the SIGEF event in Morocco. Today she is the coordinator of the causes addressed by the project, whose objective is social impact through empathy.
He is a journalist and worked between 1999 and 2007 on television.
He is a lecturer in educational centers and companies, he considers that during the debate with young people is where a conscious attitude is promoted and for this reason he assumes humanitarian education as a proposal for change.
